This Account Deletion Policy outlines the procedure and conditions under which users of SIA “ERGB”, registration number 40103850399, legal address: 7 - 10 Nomales Street, Riga, LV-1002, can delete their accounts. By following this process, users can permanently remove their account data from our systems.

2. Account Deletion Procedure

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

1.Navigate to the “Account Settings” section of the application.
2.Select the “Delete Your Account” option.
3.To confirm the deletion, type “DELETE” in the provided input field.
4.Click the “Delete Account” button to finalize the process.

3. Consequences of Account Deletion

Deleting your account will result in the following:

You will be signed out of the application permanently.
All your account data, including personal information and usage history, will be permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
This action is irreversible after 24 hours. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

4. Confirmation and Verification

To ensure the security and intentionality of the account deletion process, users must confirm their decision by typing “DELETE” in the designated input field. This additional step helps prevent accidental deletions.

5. Restoration Period

After confirming the deletion, there will be a 24-hour window during which you can restore your account. To restore your account within this period, simply log back into the application. After 24 hours, the account deletion process will be finalized and cannot be undone.
